Room was clean and had all the amenities that you would need. The chairs in the room had broken legs but the manager was going to move us to another room but we got him just to replace the chairs, very apologetic and helpful

Good communication to check our arrival time as we didn’t realise check-in closed at 6.30 pm on this particular day, instead of 8pm. The room was clean, comfortable, roomy & we enjoyed the spa bath. The only mini gripe (which I forgot to mention to them) was there was no milk for a cuppa. There was nowhere close by open to buy milk at that time of night. Aside from that, I would stay again.
