Poor customer service

Customer service was poor. Went down for breakfast at 9.30 and was all packed away and the staff was eating breakfast. Try to ask for a refund and was told sorry dont speak english

During my stay at the hotel, there were three things that I did not like: 1.- They don't have enough parking spaces, I had to leave my car on the street, several blocks away from the hotel 2.- The invoice they gave me at the hotel does not match the amount I paid through EXPEDIA 3.- One day I had to take a cold shower because the water heaters failed.

Sauberes Zimmer, Bad ebenso sauber und gepflegt. Einzig die Einzelbetten waren gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sehr schmal! Und ein kurzer Hinweis an B&B: Beim Self-Check-In mussten wir 1x Parkgebühr anklicken, obwohl nicht genutzt. Ein Hinweis dazu, sich später an der besetzten Rezeption zwecks Rückerstattung zu melden, hätte man erwartet.

Das Hotel macht einen tollen Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sehr sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbreit. Alles in allem habe ich mich wohl gefühlt.
