"This is the most wonderful place to stay. It is on a working farm but very close to York. Catherine was the most amazing host and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was cooked to order and couldn’t be faulted. Her recommendation for food was spot on and any questions were answered. "We just did a weekend trip to Leeds and stumbled across this gem on hotel.com. It was the best stay away we have ever had in the UK! The owners were so kind and welcoming, they really do make you feel like you are a member of the family. "My room was spotless with a comfy double bed. Hot water was plentiful and pretty much instantly available. My room was a loft room at the top of the house. (Not really suitable for anyone with mobility problems but fine for everyone else).
