"Rooms were very clean, hotel was very full so breakfast was really full and not a lot of places to sit we stayed at a Holiday in Wilmington NC and they had cookies in the afternoon which was nice didn't see any in Williamsburg otherwise a nice stay"

"Friendly, helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was just ok (very basic, though the waffle stations were good) and the amenities were also ok. I just wish there weren't as many maintenance things with our sink and the coffee and juice dispensers in the dining area. There are decent restaurants and shops nearby. I'd rebook here if going back to Newport News."

"Overall the property was clean. Fun for kids. But in the meantime. It was one thing that I didn't like.my room was in the 1st floor. Around 11 pm I was tired. Went to my room to get some rest. But I couldn't due to kids running too hard on the top of my room. What realy drive me nuts is that it last for over an hour. And no one said anything about it .they should have some noise policy. Really too bad"

"Loved the location. Bearing able to walk to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast wasn’t much and the staff in there wasn’t as good as the rest of the hotel. The hotel overall just needs some updates and upkeep. Starting to look run down, but so was the visitor center."

"The lobby had trash overflowing on the floor by the door as soon as you walked in. The outside of the hotel was not maintained. Bushes overgrown and the outside looked as it hadn't been cleaned or kept up in years. Water damage on the wall behind the receptionist in the lobby. Then they said they didn't serve breakfast in the breakfast bar and that only a light breakfast of muffins and juice would be served in the lobby in the morning.
