"Beds weren’t too comfortable but the room was overall pretty clean. There were pieces of hair here and there in the bathroom. The room smelt of really strong bleach unfortunately and there was no switch to turn on the bathroom fan to try and air it out and the window didn’t open either. The hotel is very small and isn’t in a super scenic location but it was fine for the one night trip we had. We reserved the double queen and it was a good size with a small fridge, working AC, and lots of closet...

"the room was quite nice, clean, comfortable, and quiet. it lacked a space for a medium sized suitcase to be conveniently placed out of the way, given the room's relatively small size. the area around the hotel is looking pretty rough...to many vagrants and homeless near the entrances of the hotel, made us feel uncomfortable. Parking situation was good at lot on E. Haley street."

"The room was great! Comfy bed, nice shower, and even complimentary robes! The hot tub and pool were fantastic! It happened to be a cold few days, but the pool was heated and the hot tub was very large- could fit up to 14 ppl. Also, the hotel is an a super ideal location-Right in front of the harbor and the lively, beautiful pier. The complimentary, evening wine and snack hour was great! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The only downsides was that there was no microwave in the room...

"This was our second stay at La Playa Inn. Staff were super helpful and attentive, which we appreciated. For both stays we booked a deluxe king room; the room was located in a quiet area, was clean, spacious, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The La Playa Inn has become our preferred hotel when we are in the area. "

"Liked my Stay at the Beachside Inn it was a nice hotel the beach was just in front. The breakfast at the hotel is good and the lobby and dining areas are always clean staff is super friendly and attentive. There was many restaurants near by I could literally walk down the block and grab a meal. My only one complaint was that the room I had reserved didn’t have a working shower but the staff was quick and they upgraded us into a better room."
