"Our stay at the Holiday Inn Aruba was great. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They have drinking water fountains and the water is safe to drink. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The hotel is oceanfront and easy access to the beach. The only downside is that you have to reserve and pay for the palapas, however the chairs and beach towels are free. "Upon arrival the staff at the Radisson were very welcoming and accommodating, offering us water beforehand. They checked us in fairly quickly and the showed us all the hotel offerings and features as they walked with us to our rooms.

The hotel is clean, the food and drinks are good and the staff is helpful and friendly. We loved the daily happy hour that was offered to guests.
When our flight was canceled it was easy to extend our stay and get late check out.

"Everything was wonderful. We had a great experience and would definitely return back if ever in Aruba again. Staff were very sweet, helpful and pleasant. We walked into town for dinner every night which took about 10-15 min. Beach was right there and very convenient. Happy hour was great by the pools and the bartenders were wonderful as well. Only thing we can ask for is maybe some music or entertainment by the main pool but other than that, we had a memorable experience and give Divi Phoenix...

"A couple of friends and I used the rental for less than a day to shower and leave our things somewhere safe while we walked around the downtown area. The host were extremely accommodating even with us only using the unit for a few hours. They helped us get a taxi after 10pm on the 4th of July while traffic was still very busy from the fireworks show.
The property had the most adorable feline security guard."
