"The staff was rude when we arrived, our room at best had lukewarm water and we were told it’s because the hot water heaters are on the other side of the hotel, we didn’t receive new towels over our 4 day stay and at the end of the third day our key cards didn’t work and we had to go back to the desk."

"We like the hotel rooms here. Cool design and nice and quiet. Staff was very polite and helpful when we needed them.
The neighborhood on the weekends and evenings is really sketchy - you wouldn't want to go anywhere besides the parking lot, directly to the casino or your hotel room."

"Overall, our stay was very nice. We were there for 6 nights. The room was modern and was well equipped with everything you could ever need in the kitchen (it was a 2 bedroom suite). The closet doors didn’t work great and there was a used wash cloth on the tub, but everything else was clean and as expected.

"The bed was nice. The ceiling fan was good. The room was across the street from a hospital with sirens blaring in the night. Don’t stay in the gamma green room. Didn’t stay for breakfast. The outside property was not in good condition. Wouldn’t recommend this unless as a last resort."
