"First off: STAFF IS GREAT and very accommodating! Negatives: As beautiful as it is, our room was on 2 levels. This is challenging because the bedroom upstairs with 1/2 bath was UPSTAIRS and the full bathroom and shower were downstairs. The stairs are STEEP, narrow and winding. Not for older travelers with a recent knee replacement with luggage. See photos. Perhaps this layout would not deter younger or more fitful travelers but for us, it wasn’t a good fit. PLUSES: Centrally located clean and quiet. Lovely appointed and beautifully decorated. Excellent helpful staff. "
