"Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and very close to the beach. They have a little free library and DVDs to borrow. Just a few miles from Yachats. "

"We stopped here for a night of sleep on our road trip from Oregon to redwoods national forest etc. For the price this hotel was honestly wonderful, beds are very comfortable, front door lady was awesome and friendly and very helpful, the room has a blackout curtains which is a huge plus, we got a very good night of sleep here. However I have to mention that we were kind of shocked by the crowd around the hotel (near downtown Roseburg) so many drug addicts, homeless etc. it was just so sad and...

"Don’t be fooled by the outside appearance. This hotel is lovely. The rooms are nicely furnished and clean. The bed was very comfortable. If you are looking for fancy, don’t stay here. If you want a comfortable nice room at a reasonable price, this hotel is for you. Try the coffee shop catty corner to the left ofnthe hotel. Good coffee and fresh pastries."

"Stayed in the cozy A-frame cabin for 2 nights with family. Very friendly staff that made us feel very welcome. Only minus was there were no cutlery in the kitchen, luckily I brought some plastic ones from home, along with my frying pan, there were no pots and pans either. No dish soap so I had to buy some, along with sponges. "

"Nothing fancy which was just what we were looking for. Cabin was a good size for our family of 4, location was wonderful right on a big sandy beach. The motel had everything we needed with kind and attentive staff, we appreciated the quiet family feel. "
