"We stayed for two nights to go to a wedding. The day of check-in it was a madhouse with all of the guests and only two employees working the desk. The staff wanted me to take a lesser room because it was available, but I’d already paid for a deluxe room. They were quick to turn around the room for us to get in. I really like the bar in the hotel. It was very confusing trying to find where we parked our car and the different elevators. It’s a really big hotel. Overall, it was an OK stay. I probably would not stay there again."

"Hotel was good. We stayed on the 20th floor which the view was amazing. Bed very comfortable. The only downside was check-in took long. Was supposed to be at 4.00pm But are room wasn’t available till 5:30pm."

"Breakfast was good. Main complaint was that the toilet had not been cleaned. Seeing a dirty toilet makes you think other items are less clean. At hotel check in, I had a little trouble understanding the desk clerk’s English. "
