"The ambient, service and courtesy were fenomenal, the only thing I considered cumbersome will be how difficult the access road is, specially if guests will be bringing larger vehicles

"Based on previous reviews I was quite skeptical. Having my own experience at the Grand Hotel has made me realize I cannot make my decisions based on reviews.
My hotel stay here was great! The staff: friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms: comfortable, quiet with VERY HOT WATER! I needed help connecting to wifi, done! I needed toiletries: provided. The breakfast that’s included in the very good price: delicious and good portion. The outdoor space: green and pleasant to walk around in.
