And the ice machine needs to be cleaned other than that and an issue with the TV they resolved and the heat being difficult it was a nice location . "Booking through Expedia did not offer the same customer service friendly staff as you would booking directly with the hotel. Once the check in issue was resolved, my stay was good. Breakfast buffet was a highlight for our family needs. Would recommend!"

"Very good stay, excellent clean room, very good breakfast, really nice lobby/breakfast room and halls. Very quiet. The desk needs to be manned more consistently. Each time I went to the desk, it took a few minutes for someone in the back room to notice I was there - they were otherwise very helpful."

"The staff at front desk were rude! I have been trying to get in touch with a supervisor from this property for over a week now! I paid the full bill for the stay in Expedia and Fairfield Auburn charged me AGAIN for the room and is now refusing to refund my money. On top of all of that, Expedia is refusing to assist. I will NEVER use Expedia and and I will NEVER stay at another Fairfield Inn. Your customer service is pathetic."

"It was fine for the price, the bathroom smelled of urine though and although the room looked ok, the refrigerator was not clean on the inside and the bathroom needed some work beyond the smell. The cooling unit was old as well. The grounds are well kept and they seem to have Solar energy which was cool. Would I stay again, probably not, but it absolutely did the job for the price"
