Coffee maker is cheap and worse you have to wait for 5 to 8 minutes for a cup of coffee. Coffee is not flowing but spitting from the machine like a snake spitting venom. How pathetic is from a big hotel like Best Western maintaining such an ugly and disgusting amenity. Beds are slouchy. Breakfast is not bad. Not worth for the money spent.

The hotel might be considered a 3 or 4 star and expensive for what it is but the going rates for this time of year and the proximity to Yellowstone park entrance is very convenient and easy to get to. Most if not all accomodations, restaurants, shops, gas are high in price being that it is a tourist based income town. I highly recommend it. Clean environment and friendly personnel.

The place is clean. In a nice area within walking distance to restaurants and the "downtown" area. Very convenient to the West Entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Breakfast was good...as far as continental breakfast go..with eggs, waffles, pancakes, juice fruit, etc. The ONLY problem I had was there is no elevator. This property has two buildings. One is two stories, the other three. I was in the three..neither building had an elevator. So for some, this may be an issue carrying all your luggage up the stairs. Otherwise a nice, convenient place to stay.

The outside of the hotel looks old but that is deceiving the insides was VERY CLEAN and nice. The staff was very courteous, and the breakfast was one of the best - hot food every day. I really liked the coffee and hot chocolate, cider options at the lobby. Walking distance from dinner and shopping options. Highly recommend it. The tour buses also picked us up directly from the hotel.

Front desk staff extremely helpful. Rooms were clean, well appointed. Plenty of hot water along with plenty of towels. Nice variety of breakfast foods, snacks, fruit.
