The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The outdoor pool was clean and open until 11 pm. Breakfast was delicious and it had a variety of different choices of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The fire pit at night was perfect for a nice relaxing evening.

I was pleasantly surprised that our room was so spacious. Very comfortable king size bed, large screen tv, a really big lighted mirror and countertop area bathroom sink. The room was immaculate with a composite tile floor, NO dirty or smelly rug. Breakfast was served in a building next to the outdoor pool. Many choices including eggs, bacon, potatoes, toast, bagels, mini apple danish, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, tea and very good coffee!!

My room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee maker was broken at first but after we asked they replaced it with another one that was working. Only one thing I didn’t like was the window. It didn’t have windows screen so I had to keep it closed for the whole time. Air conditioner was loud and I got to keep it working the whole night.

Cottage was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating when we asked for additional towels. Conveniently located. Cottage was small. No room for even a chair.

I wanted to give it a 5. The staff was amazing . But we did find a cockroach in our room when we got there, the room was also not super clean, everything just had that humid feel to it even with the ac on, the bathtub and shower was wet like they just sprayed it with a cleaner and left it and the floors were sticky. The rooms are great and newly updated but something about just felt dirty.

Had a great 2 night stay at the sunbird annex! The room was small but very clean… There was no mildew or crud in the bathroom as so many beach motel bathrooms tend to have! Our room AC malfunctioned during our first night and when we reported it in the a.m., they were very accommodating and immediately swapped it out … couldn’t expect a better outcome! There was also a very nice breakfast included in the price of the room… coffee, danish, bagels, cereal and various hot items…everything was clean and well stocked… 2 pools, a swingset for kids, fire pits…comfy seating for day or evening relaxation …really couldn’t ask for more amenities to make a visit to the CAPE very comfortable!

The staff members were very kind, patient, thoughtful people. The property was well maintained. The rooms were clean. My kiddo only used the outdoor pool, but, she loved it. Breakfast was, breakfast. More than bagels and coffee. Definitely not a huge spread. We ate there all 3 breakfasts and we were fine till lunch. It works if you understand it's basics. Location to everything was great. Many excellent restaurants on the strip. Family friendly environment. I highly recommend staying here. Especially if you're out all day, come back to swim, shower, and you're off again. We'll be back.
