"The vintage feel of the property would be the highlight staying here. The location is good - walking easy to the main downtown and to the Avon theatre. The room was basic but comfortable and included robes and a coffee station. And the restaurant is an added bonus as it serves delicious options in an authentic atmosphere."

"We arrived at the check-in time but the Inn was locked and we couldn’t contact the proprietor. Seems like this is a one man operation. After more than an hour the Inn proprietor came out and apologized for not being able to host us or the other two parties that had booked for the night.
We are requesting a refund."

"Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is in the heart of Stratford which makes for easy walks to dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Parking is safe and onsite. The hotel is over 100 years old so we weren’t expecting modern amenities found in newer properties. That said our room was clean and functional but it is in need of a refresh; rusty shower head that doesn’t allow for adjustment a heater that likely wouldn’t work well on a really cold night. "This property looked a bit outdated outside but the rental space was updated and really nice. VERY impressed to find two water bottles ice cold in the fridge. TV worked and the temperature could have been controlled with a remote. Close to the Festival so extremely convenient with no lobby or elevator or steps to enter the room. We will stay here again."

"Overall, I really enjoyed our stay at Bentley's. Location is perfect. It's downtown, there is free parking out back, and the restaurant and bar is great. The people at the desk also work the bar, and they're very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms have deadbolts, not cards, so you get a key to your room. The room we had was absolutely pristine--no dust, carpet stains, bad smells, or anything else, nicely decorated and equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishes, silverware and glasses,...

"Great place! Love the decor! Great location! Would stay here again! Only thing I would change is the bathroom sink/console. There's a lot of room to put a deeper one in. The one that is there is like a little airplane bathroom sink. Don't let this stop you from staying because it's a great place."

"Room was clean. I liked the code on the doors vs having to carry a key.
Everything I needed in my stay.
The room was large and quite comfortable.
Pillows and sheets were great.
I appreciated the updated TV's with streaming services.
The mini fridge had both a fridge and a freezer which was uniquie.
I was surpised with a 5 night stay, the room was not entered for garbage removal a quick tidy or refresh suplies etc. I don't need much and am clean so I didn't mind at all, but just not what...
