"There were no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) when we arrived, though we did contact them and it was quickly resolved. During the booking process we received an email from them to sign an rental agreement and to say that the original payment didn't go through. I thought this strange but paid them again. It wasn't until I checked the Visa Bill, did I realize we had been charged twice. After contacting them, it was eventually resolved and we got most of our money back minus fees. We...

Studio 6 Extended Stay - West Palm Beach, FL

4/10 Poor

"The check in was easy and the staff was very pleasant and professional. The room was very worn and in need of updating. The entire space was not very nice nor did it feel clean. I walked around in the room and my white socks were filthy. I felt the need to wear shoes for the remainder of my stay. People were constantly smoking cigarettes and Marijuana outside of my room subjecting me to the strong smell of it in my room. If you can afford to stay somewhere else I would do so. I wouldn't recommend this place."

"La cocina no contaba con ningún cubierto, plato ni taza, mucho menos sartén o caldero para cocinar o calentar algo. La presión del agua en el baño no era buena. Las camas parece que se van a caer porque son metálicas y se mueven mucho y hacen mucho sonido. Por lo demás se ve que la propiedad está recién remodelada y está limpia. El personal muy indiferente."
