"Room was clean in fairness and the bed was comfortable, the plug in the bath did not fit so the water ran off before I could bathe, the reception staff at check in was cold and rude, demanding $250 deposit per room for " incidentals" I argued this point as I'd booked 4 rooms but he was adamant or cancel and go elsewhere but no refund, now I have to wait for days before the deposit is returned. Breakfast staff were much nicer, told us to get whatever we wanted and take back to our rooms as there were only 4 tables all in use. I wouldn't recommend this place, there are much nicer places in north bay at a similar price"

"Bad sleep due to so many kids running the hallways and yelling late after 10pm. Also paper thin walls so very noisy constantly all night. Disappointed for supposedly an expensive "
