"When I called ahead was told pool would be open it was not, gym was not accessible, room was not ready till after 9pm we got our room at 9:45 pm unacceptable especially after traveling over 9 hrs. Floor our room was on spelt like someone died on it. Children running around knocking on doors after 1am went on for an hour. Asked to speak to Manager who conveniently was never there left multiple voicemails. I want to be compensated for the inconvenience that this hotel has caused us."
