"Clean room with a refrigerator and dishwasher in the room, which was very convenient. The staff were polite and helpful, though a warmer, more welcoming attitude would have made the experience even better. Breakfast and the overall breakfast service could use some improvement."

"The staff were okay… The hotel was okay glad I only slept there and went and explored during the day. Halls smelt like weed and when we got there pictures were fallen off the walls and had to get a new room got to our new room and the tv did not have an HDMI cord so then we had to wait for them to see if they had one finally gave up and almost left due to everything not being right. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel I was honestly glad to get out of there "

"Had to switch rooms 4 times due to unclean rooms! Fridge leaking water, cars being broken into. This is not Hilton Standard "

"The indoor pool was not enjoyable at all. It was too cold. My daughter and her boyfriend stayed in it for about an hour but ended up getting out and getting sick due to it being so cold. The hot tub didn’t even work. The rooms we had were great and so clean so that was a big plus. The front office staff were very amazing and so friendly especially Tiki. "

"I don't have pet so I don't know. The hotel is intended for Poker Players, it is near asian concentrations, you can find good asian food restaurants, markets, and all others activity here along Bellaire Blvd., and nearby"

"The place was clean and tidy, the AC was effective, and staff was friendly and helpful. However, the shower was lukewarm or even cold and the mattress wasn't very comfortable. "
