"Not happy with our stay here. We only stayed one night and glad it wasn’t any longer. Let’s break it down: - Front desk - Apparently in this facility, as I was told by their front desk. 8:30am housekeeping isn’t in yet. We tried to check-in early and even a few minutes to 3pm, front desk didn’t let us. She said none of the rooms were ready yet. That was at 2:30p when I asked for the 3rd time. Made me question the cleanliness of the rooms. I only asked for early check-in because we had seniors with us who’d much rather rest up in the room than go out while waiting. I told front desk I was willing to pay but she didn’t even bother offering to let me know once a room is ready. No signs of hospitality and friendliness from her. She was too busy on her phone. - Common area - Restroom at the lobby had no tissue paper. - Room - Stained carpet. Gunky smell from the AC (didn’t even bother using this). Broken TV remote. No hairdryer (had to ask for one). Squeaky cabinet door. The room vibe was oppressive, not comfortable. "

"The staff at the Anza hotel were very attentive and helpful. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay and there are several restaurants and amenities in the area. "

"My visit was good. I’ll say my experience was more so based on the person staying next door to me. They were constantly loud. Separately, they had a convention or event the day I was checking out which caused a 10 min wait on the elevators. But other than that, my experience was good overall. My room was clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again."
