"Hotel was quite good, with some quirks/problems. Room was very clean, well-appointed and a good layout. Bathroom was very modern with a good-sized shower, room had both a desk and a couch-like chair for relaxing spaces other than the bed. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was pretty solid (quite busy, but plenty of food and pretty decent quality), and the gym is pretty decent and available 24 hours.
However, the experience was not perfect. Most prominently, the bed was quite bad, being somehow...

"The check-in lady staff on the evening of 28th June 2026 is not bothered with my request to inform the manager at all after they failed to honour their promise of a red wine bottle for booking a stay with them. The lady only mentioned that they have stopped giving this, but upon insisting, she got me a sparkling wine, but I told her that I want a feedback from the manager.
After settling in the room, I came back down to go our for dinner and saw the manager there and asked him some questions. I...

"The breakfasts were excellent- the best I’ve had. The rooms are comfortable and the city view is beautiful.
We were unable to use our toilet for hours after arriving because it was so dirty and we had to wait for house keeping to come and clean it.
The hotel helped themselves to my money several times through my one week stay. I gave no permission for them to take money and had no way to check it was the correct amount.."

"In general the room looked nice with its contemporary design.
It was quite clean except some crumps under furniture.
Some staff were hospitable and helpful. Shout out to the staff at the front desk when we checked in. Although he forgot our complimentary wine! He allowed the early check-in. 4 stars.
We forgot the complentary wine until the last day. We stayed for 2 nights but never received any so when we checked out we mentioned it to the receptionist. The staff apologised. She was very...
