Hotel di West Eugene

"No coffee maker. Room was nice size and extra towels were provided so that was nice. Basic motel- no breakfast but easy to park and close to the freeway and downtown Eugene spots."

"Staff in the office were very efficient and friendly; the room was very clean, also providing healthy snacks alongside the coffee tray. I will plan on staying here again in the future."

"We encountered several issues at this hotel that make it unlikely we will return. When we first arrived there was a short but long-lasting line because only one young woman seemed to be able to speak although there were two behind the counter. A tablet took a photo of my face, even though I had provided my ID — very intrusive. When we entered the room, we immediately smelled ammonia. We tried to turn on the air conditioner to try to reduce the odor, but the thermostat didn't do anything....

"Place was good for overnight stay"

"No breakfast It’s nice and cozy but very filthy dirty and the lady that owns it makes the rules as she goes. She waved the deposit because she said she just needed to fill the rooms cause she needed money really bad little bit unprofessional."

"Well ya get what you pay for, &"

"Hotel is conveniently located, easy free parking, pool/ hot tub area a nice bonus."

"My room was spotless and quiet, the staff was very professional and welcoming, the location was convenient, my room had a view and a private balcony overlooking water and a green walking area. The bed was comfortable with good pillows. I didn’t have breakfast but it was offered."

"The room was clean and comfortable. You could definitely smell that our room was located above the pool. No biggie though."

"Staff and Breakfast are both good. But there is still a smell left from the new decoration in the room"

"Staff was great, friendly, got an early check-in. Room was nice, big, and had a great river view. The only bad thing about this hotel is the parking is very tight. The spots are really small. Great location though, next to the freeway."

"The room was really code and cozy. Looked very recently renovated and was just an overall great environment to chill in, when we were in the room."
