Check in was good, staff was nice. Room was clean, bathroom was not. Ended up finding a bed bug. Reported to desk manager next morning who was not friendly. Tried to follow up with hotels.com and could not get anyone to assist me.

We got to our room very late in the early morning hours drove 11 hours and then found that we could not get into our room the door key would not work. It took staff over 30 minutes to get us into our room and then they still could not leave us a door key to get back into our room if we needed to ...
