"The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful (Darlene, Pascual, and Jaime). The security staff were also helpful. The stay was pleasant and there wasn’t a lot of noise as it was located near the LAX Airport. We ran into a lot of BTS Army while staying there, so it made the stay just as enjoyable. I wish we had another dresser drawer to store our clothes so we didn’t have to go into our luggage often. Otherwise, the room and amenities were excellent."
