"Extremely friendly staff who always went out of their way to speak to you and make you feel welcome. They were also knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel was lovely and clean and also warm which was very welcome after a day exploring in the winter! The breakfast area was spotless with a reasonable selection. I wouldn’t personally choose the breakfast at the hotel as there are hundreds of places to eat in the city, but the food was nice (especially the sweet raisin bread!) Our room was a twin with en-suite bathroom. The beds were comfortable and warm with good pillow selections. Shampoo and body wash were provided as well as towels. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room with a mini fridge. I bought some milk from a Zabka and kept it in the fridge so I could make tea whenever I wanted it! There is a safe provided too (no charge) The hotel is in an excellent position to reach all areas of the city. Approximately 5 mins to the old town, 10 to the Jewish quarter and 20 to the ghetto. Would recommend this hotel."

"First time in Krakow Hotel was beautiful & clean and so modern Art deco all the way even down to the touch buttons in the shower. Only a few minor issues teh extractor fan on the bathroom did not work.wifi in our room was very slow. TBH we were out most of the time visiting the sites. So not a big problem for us. Loved the hotel & location was only 8 mins feom man square. We would return in a flash. Hotel staff were very helpful. "

"Hotel is in a great location near the main train station and just a short walk to the old town. Room was clean and very little noise from outside. This hotel is perfect for solo travellers like myself. My only criticism is that the breakfast buffet wasn't very good."
