"Every time I went to the desk, the girl was sitting in one of the massage chairs…she had an excuse for everything…the absolute worst part of the stay was NO ELEVATOR which the girl also had an excuse for…the hurricane and not being able to get parts…how long ago was the hurricane????… also, I asked for a room on the bottom floor and once again the excuse was “there were no bottom floor housekeepers for the day so no rooms were being cleaned”…"

"Staff was very friendly and courteous.
Should do something to keep the condensate from air conditioning initsvfrom puddling in the walkways outside the rooms. The solution is simple and would make a huge difference in the appearance and provide a greater comfort for the guests.

"Very nice hotel! Very close to shopping. The free breakfast was top notch as was dinner with room service. Manager was very helpful. Housekeeping always checked to see if I needed anything and did a great job! All staff seemed to really like working there."

"Everyone was amazing from walking in and being greeted by Mason and then meeting Mac to Sydney at the bar and Teresa in the restaurant area! Five stars across the board! We are locals and we were excited to be nosy and see what the Drury was about and we cannot wait to go back! If I had one tiny complaint it would be no bacon for breakfast!? I just really wanted a fried egg and some bacon and more fruit options so that was a little disappointing but other than that five stars across the board...

"Beautiful hotel. It should be being it was obviously new. The room door springs were exceptionally strong, making it a pain to get your luggage in/out. My only complaint was the breakfast was NOT COMPLIMENTARY. They require a $150 deposit up front. But a cup of coffee & glass of OJ was over $5.00."

"We stayed a full week. Huge suite room. Appears newly remnovated. Nice to have laminate flooring and no carpeting in the room. No complaints, comfy beds, quiet at night. Easy access to the highway. Housekeeping friendly and attentive but we needed very little. We will stay here again for sure!"

"Went down for the breakfast at 9:00 that was supposed to be served from 6:30 - 9:30 and it was closed down. The attendant was sweeping up and the chairs were put up on the table. No breakfast, No coffee.
The front desk person was not very friendly at check out. We won’t be going back."
