We really loved this hotel. Convenient walk from where we parked on the street; in a restricted traffic area so you can easily bring your luggage inside. Quick check in and friendly service. Beautiful hotel with elegant finishes. The breakfast was our absolute favorite of the entire trip! We only spent two days and one night in wenigerode but when we visit again I would stay at this hotel.

Arosa is a beautiful Hotel. My problem was that our bed was absolutely terrible. We sank in on both sides and had to sleep on an incline. I complaint the next morning and Lin at the reception assured my that they will fix the problem and I will have a wonderful night. Guess what nothing happened. A service like this was ok in DDR times but not nowadays und especially not for € 250.00 per night. Otherwise the location and the hotel itself is beautiful.

This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed. It has plenty of character. The staff are fantastic, the hotel is spotless. The resturant is very good. Should I return to Wernigerode, I will be staying here.

Der Empfang war super nett ! Das Zimmer war gut, nett eingerichtet! Zur Wellness kann ich leider nichts sagen, hatte keine Zeit dafür! Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut! Sogar Vegane und Laktose freie Lebensmittel waren da ! Wir waren begeistert von dem Hotel und dem netten Personal!!! Der Standort ist mitten in der Altstadt! Wir kommen garantiert noch mal wieder!
