Amazing stay

Very nice hotel. In a charming mid evil city of Germany. The room itself was large and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing choices for all walks of life.

Room was nice and clean. Most of the staff were great except one of the reception staff was a little rude when I went to check in; the gentleman that did check me in was great. Parking was easy and right next to the hotel and they had a HUGE breakfast selection!

Nice hotel, nice staff excellent breakfast, comfortable room. It was very warm weather when we stayed and the only area that could be improved would be air conditioned rooms. I would stay again for sure.

Poor english skills from the Hotel reception.... No info that the room will not be cleaned if you do not request it. (Only info in GErman) When requested cleaning they didnt do it..... Poor Wifi connection

Das Zimmer in dem wir waren, war einfach perfekt. Sauber, modern und großzügig. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und frisch. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ja das Zimmer war top i.O und das Personal war freundlich und kompetent. Leider mußten wir 3 Stunden nach unserer Ankunft wieder abreisen, da wir für meinen Mann unverhofft den Notdienst rufen mußten. Somit war der Abend gelaufen und auch das gebucht Event im Hotel. Es sollte wohl nicht sein. 😏

Ein schönes Hotel, sehr gross, zentrumsnah gelegen,Innenstadt zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Es gab ein super Frühstück es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Wir hatten eine Sache sehr zu bemängeln. Es muss Leute geben, die trotz Rauchverbot rauchen, wahrscheinlich wird die Toilette dazu benutzt, was einfach nur übel ist. Es roch ständig nach Rauch und dieser Geruch zog sogar ins Zimmer, was wir als sehr unangenehm empfunden haben. Sehr schade
