We were travelling with our 1 year old son and were really impressed with the hotel set up for youngsters. Small things like a nappy bin and a baby bath being provided along with a cot and high chair. Kids being allowed to use the pool until 6pm but retaining adult only space in the sauna area. A playground on site and the media room full of toys. We could keep the baby occupied but also enjoy some child-free relaxation. The location is wonderful, an easy drive from Salzburg, walking distance to two cable cars and innumerable alpine hikes. There are loads of attractions within 40 minutes drive. A small grocery shop in the village was perfect for bread/milk and there was a decent sized supermarket 10 minutes away by the motorway. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was functional if not the best equipped. We really appreciated the laundry facilities in the basement. Two things that could have made the stay even better: - the hotel hosted several conferences during our stay and we were unable to use the bar during these events. It would be ideal if there was a separate space for regular guests to enjoy a drink or meal. - the charges for the swimming pool/ sauna are extortionate, particularly if you only want to use the facilities for a short period each day. Staff tacitly recognised this by kindly waiving the charge on several occasions. It makes you feel like you're not valued as a guest when it's included for hotel guests but not the apartments.

Large apartment, loved the woodstove, you do need to pay for wood but they provide matches and starters. Kitchen was very well equipped (semi-auto espresso maker!). Area is beautiful walkable, and plenty of space. Only problem I had was i didn't book long enough!

Not expected. Much more than expected. Most comfortable apart-hotel we ever experienced. The location is quiet and convenient. Stuff is amazing and rooms are large and spacious. Has everything you need for a family stay.

Der er for meget skjulte gebyrer på denne ophold. Regn med ekstra regning på 100 euro for rengøring og hvis du kører 12 euro pr døgn på parkeringsgybyrer. Hvis du bruger pool er det heller ikke med i prisen. Du skal af med 10 euro pr. Person!

Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung. Grundsätzlich alles gut! Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Couch-Bett im Wohnzimmer war allerdings extrem unbequem und konnte nur durch einen Matratzen-Topper (der allerdings nicht passte) bequem gemacht werden. Dieser musste erfragt werden, aber kein Problem. Hier sollte die 10 cm-Federkern-Matratze (bei der man jeden Federkern stark spürte) ausgetauscht werden. Wir sind aber keine Mecker-Heinis. Es könnten bei einem 10-Tagesaufenthalt mal die Handtücher gewechselt werden. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet, sogar Kaffee-Vollautomat. Insgesamt zu empfehlen!

Skønt ophold i stor lejlighed

Skønt ophold i stor lejlighed kun 250 m gang fra skilift og derudover skibus til døren. Rigtig god plads til 4 personer. Fyldt udstyret køkken og lille supermarked tæt på. Et minus er madras på sovesofa i stuen, som er tynd, så fjedre mærkes igennem :( En opgradering her ville udløse fuld tilfredshed. Lækkert lejlighedshotel. Dog er spa mm. ikke en del af prisen i lejlighed. Parkering til 9€/døgn i kælder lige under lejlighed. Opbevaring til ski og liftkort kan købes med lidt rabat i receptionen.

Tolles Hotel in toller Landschaft

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön im Ort Werfenweng. Die Zimmer (wir hatten ein Appartment) sind sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstücksservice war ausgezeichnet. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Wellnessbereich bzw. der Poolbereich, den man nur mit € 10 Aufpreis besuchen darf. Für 5 Personen, die mal schnell schwimmen gehen möchten so 1 Stunde finde ich das einfach nicht passend. Das könnte man optimimieren.

Un havre de paix au cœur d'une région magnifique.

Un hôtel idéal pour profiter tant des richesses de la région que pour se reposer. Calmes, très confortables, les logements sont très bien équipés. Propreté irréprochable. Wir waren zwar überrascht, dass der Pool für die Apartmentbewohner extra kostet. Und auch Bademäntel nur für die Hotelgäste inklusive war. Dies ist in der Beschreibung bei Expedia leider nicht eindeutig ausgewiesen. Dies war aber auch das einzig negative. Ansonsten ist die Anlage super. Und auch der Poolbereich ist sehr schön. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Zudem wird ein Brötchenservice zum Frühstück angeboten, so dass pünktlich um 7 Uhr die Frühstücksbrötchen an der Türe hängen.

Sehr schöne Anlage in klasse Umgebung

Männerwochenende zum relaxen, hat zu 100% unseren Geschmack getroffen. War leider Nebensaison und Mann musste suchen, um noch einen Restaurantplatz zu finden. Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert.

Tolles Hotel, Service hat noch Luft nach oben

Wir sind zum dritten Mal an diesem wunderbaren Ort! Vereinzelte Personen im Service könnten freundlicher sein. Check-in super, Check-out leider chaotisch, uns wurde nicht zugehört, wir waren zu viert, zwei sind einen Tag früher abgereist. Obwohl wir alle es mehrfach gesagt hatten, wurde das Appartement nicht für den vollen Zeitraum durch 4 geteilt, sondern nur für den kürzeren Aufenthalt, so dass die beiden die länger blieben den Rest drauf zahlen mussten. Sonst alles toll! Feierte meinen Geburtstag, es gab Sekt auf's Zimmer mit netter, handgeschriebenen Karte! Super! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Stroblhaus mit dem Wirt Walter! Er kümmert sich vorzüglich um seine Gäste! Und der Kaiserschmarren erst.....soooo gut!!

Schönes Hotel mit modernen Zimmern und wunderbarer Lage. Besonders gefällt der Kamin. Das Holz dafür kostet jedoch 15€ pro Korb. Mit dem Service waren wir gar nicht zufrieden. Vieles muss man mehrmals bestellen. Für Kritik interessiert man sich gar nicht. Ärgerlich auch der schlechte Service im Hotelrestaurant. Suppe und Hauptspeise werden hier gleichzeitig serviert, andere Sachen kommen gar nicht. Die Ausstattung unseres Appartments war ausgezeichnet. Alles wunderschön, tolle Terrasse, schönes Badezimmer, Wohnküche... Ein Trittschallschutz wäre noch fein gewesen, die Nachbarn von oben hört man etwas dröhnend gehen. Die Betten waren leider ziemlich durchgelegen, da wäre ein neuer Lattenrost nicht verkehrt.
