Overnight stay, part of journey

Good hotel, easy to reach. Small but comfortable rooms. Language barrier was the only issue, since they only speak German, and could not provide you information or advices.

Die Gastwirtschaft mit Hotel eignet sich sehr gut für Familienfeiern, da ein großzügiger Saal zum Anwesen gehört. Preis / Leistung sind gut!

Gäste haben bis weit nach 22:00 Uhr vor der Tür und im Hotel noch Lärm gemacht, laut gefeiert. Ab 06:00 Uhr schlägt die Kirchturmuhr und beendet den Schlaf.

Die besondere, spreewaldeigene Art des gesamten Personals! Stets offen, freundlich, höflich und dienstbereit. Es war ein schöner, entspannter Aufenthalt und sicherlich nicht der letzte.

Ja...war im grossen und ganzen allesin ordnung

Zimmer war gut.Bis auf die Tatsache das irgendwelche Lüfter bis spät abends vor dem Fenster ihren Dienst verrichten müssen. Frühstück war ok....nur das wenn mal etwas leer war nicht wirklich aufgefüllt wurde und es leider Aufbackbrötchen waren....die meisten jedenfalls. Einzelne Tische bekamen auf Bestellung zb Rührei nachgeliefert....naja. Parkplatzsuche ist eine Katastrophe....man wird von der Nachbarschaft noch doof angemacht. Es gibt nur für die hälfte der Gäste Parkplätze.Alles drumherum sind parkverbotszonen. Ansonsten war alles ok.

Hotellet havde to selskaber den dag, vi var der, derfor kunne vi ikke benytte restauranten. Lidt et problem da der ikke er andre restauranter i byen. Der er meget stille i byen, kan fint bruges som overnatning på gennemfart.

Das Hotel wirkt von außen kleiner als es ist. Das Personal hat uns im Restaurant toll versorgt. Das Zimmer wird über eine Treppe erreicht. Leider kein Fahrstuhl, dass ist schlecht für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen. Im Zimmer gibt es eine gute Ausstattung, dass Bad wirkt angenehm. Das Hotel bietet zahlreiche für die Region typische Teesorten, Kräuter, Öle und Spirituosen an. Nettes Begrüßungsgeschenk ein Päckchen loser Tee. Gern kommen wir mal wieder vorbei.

Hotel Stern in Werben/Spreewald

Wir verbrachten dort eine schöne Zeit im Hotel .Der Service,das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett . Lediglich zwei Kritikpunkte möchte ich anmerken : 1. Der Umgang mit dem MNS der Mitarbeiter war teilweise verbesserungswürdig . Dies kann von Seiten des Hotels verbessert werden . 2. Zwei äußere Einflüsse die wir als sehr störend empfanden. Zum einem die Kirchenglocken (alle 15 Minuten) und der Verkehrslärm. Diese beiden Dinge können auch leider vom Hotel nicht geändert werden und sind zu hundert Prozent unser subjektives Erleben.

Unser Zimmer war sauber und einladend, aber ziemlich klein und hellhörig. W-Lan war sehr schwach bis nicht zu gebrauchen. Das Restaurant, wo wir Frühstück und Abendbrot hatten, ließ uns über diese Mängel hinwegsehen - sehr, sehr lecker! Angesichts der Zimmergröße und -ausstattung empfanden wir 88 Euro als doch recht teuer, aber es ist ja auch der Spreewald...

Einfach, aber Sauber , freundlich und ausreichend

Wir waren jetzt schon mehrfach in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind zwar einfach, aber sauber und geräumig und leise gewesen. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und war auch bis zum Schluss noch gut bestückt gewesen. Auch das Abendessen ist gut und es gibt gute abwechslungsreiche Küche. Insgesamt kann man es gut empfehlen.

Wonderful small hotel in the Spreewald

We stayed at the Zum Stern during our visit to the Spreewald. The hotel is very clean, well-kept and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and the friendly staff made the stay wonderful. It was easy to reach from Cottbus central station, one bus with no connections, and also easy to get to Burg via the bus in less than ten minutes. We had dinner at the restaurant both nights and very much enjoyed our meals. Overall I would recommend the Sum Stern
