"The room was clean the day we arrived, the staff downstairs is very friendly and helpful, check in was very easy. There are no small refrigerators in the room and no water or coffee machines so it is a minor inconvenience. The cleaning of the room after the first 1 and 2 nights is an issue since even do we did put out the "room needs cleaning tag"on both rooms, no one came to clean them for 2 days. We had to go downstairs and tell the staff in order to get that done? It is about a 8-10 minute walk to the train station, but the area is not a very touristy one so do not expect many restaurants or options around there. Overall if you are there for sleep only and feel like you wont need anything else, it fits."

"The hotel is beautiful, my room was very clean and quiet, and the staff was extremely helpful. I had not been in Hamburg before and was given advice about things to see within walking distance, and the concierge was very helpful when I needed to find a restaurant for dinner."

"All staff had been very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast staff and food especially fantastic, very nice teamwork creating a very pleasant start to the day. Location could not be better with all transport links across or along the road. As main train station are in big cities not the cleanest surroundings but safe and I would stay there again and recommend his hotel - I travelled alone and stayed 4 days."

"Close to the main train station. But somewhat confusing to find rooms, since two elevators are involved in accessing the ones in the back of the hotel. Side street was noisy at night."

"It was really helpful to be able to do an early check in. The facilities are clean and nice. It's a good option for the money you're paying, nothing special. The location is is convenient if you're using public transport. The breakfast is not good, although for a quick early bite is enough."
