What a charming boutique-style hotel! Wonderful friendly staff; perfectly located for the purpose of our visit. Lovely bar area for a nice glass of wine, comfortable room, nicely appointed and a delicious breakfast.

Nettes Personal, gute Zimmergröße allerdings kleinere Mängel z.b dunkles Flatterlicht im Bad, schönes Frühstück. Einzig das Twinbett finde ich wirklich störend, denn dieses schiebt sich einfach zu leicht auseinander, sodass man mit etwas Pech auf dem Boden landet.

Sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel, grosszügige Zimmer. Man entschleunigt beim Betrachten der Einrichtung und fühlt sich angekommen. Die Chefin war sehr aufmerksam und wickelte alles Problemlos ab, nebst Frühstück auf das Zimmer. Spätr Ankunft auch kein Problem, Freischaltung der Tür per Video, Anmeldung und Zimmerkarte liegen schon Bearbeitet auf dem Tresen. Kristalleuchter und schöne Bilder von Gustav Klimke runden den Aufenthalt ab. Jederzeit und Gerne immerwieder. Glück auf.

Kleines feines "Schlösschen" kurz vor Hamburg.

Das Hotel ist eine Jugendstil-Villa. Uns hat das Hotel schon im Internet gefallen. Obwohl es an der Straße liegt, ist es aufgrund der guten Verglasung und der Tatsache, dass die meisten Zimmer nach hinten gelegen sind, sehr ruhig. Die Rezeption ist nicht immer besetzt, aber durch eine SMS der Hotelrezeption konnten wir problemlos einchecken. Die SMS hat uns sehr gefallen, da wir die Anleitung nachlesen konnten. Der Frühstücksraum ist auch sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist reichhaltig und der Preis o.k. Die Zimmer sind im oberen Stockwerk und sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer hat ein Fenster. Lange beschlagene Spiegel sind dadurch kein Problem. Da das Hotel keinen Aufzug hat, ist leichtes Gepäck von Vorteil. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Hotellet är inte särskillt tillgängligt rent geografiskt. Rummet var fint, men sängen väldigt sliten, helt nedsutten på ena sidan. Borde ha bytts ut för flera år sedan.

Good, friendly staff

Breakfast was good with some variation. Room was nice and large. The bed was closer to a futon on a platform than a typical american style bed, comfort was acceptable. Shower was a bit small (about 36"x36") with a about a 12" step up into the shower. The shower door was meant to be held closed with a magnet that worked, with some difficulty, most of the time. The bathroom floor was polished granite and the step down was a little tricky when one's foot was wet. There were only shower gel/body wash available in the shower and a pump liquid soap for the sink, no shampoo, no body lotion, no bar soap... The sink was slow draining. The staff was very friendly and, in general, the stay was good. The minibar was well stocked and reasonably priced. The location was fine.

Hotellet är litet och personligt med bra parkering. Vi använde det som övernattningsställe på väg genom Tyskland. Det fanns ingen i receptionen när vi anlände kl 18 men nycklarna fanns i kuvert på disken och det var lätt att hitta rummet . Det ligger i en villa förort till Hamburg.

Dejligt hotel med en fantastisk service

Dejlig hotel,med klassisk stil. Personalet var venligt og serviceminded. Kun masser af ros herfra, bortset fra at sengen var hård. Kan du leve med den hårde seng, så får man meget for pengene.

Sehr gutes Hotel

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb von Hamburg. Die Bushaltestelle ist keine 100m vom Hotel entfernt.Man kommt hervorragend mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ins Zentrum von Hamburg. Wir kauften uns eine Hamburg-Regio-Card (Tageskarte,Wochenkarte u.s.w.).Sie kann man beim Busfahrer kaufen oder bein jeden Bahnautomaten am Bahnhof. Das Frühstück ist sehr ausgewogen,der Service sehr gut. Hotelausstattung sehr gut.Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon.Die Ausstattung des Zimmer ist normal bis sehr gut. Hotelparkplätze gibt es reichlich. Wir buchen bei der nächsten Urlaubsreise nach Hamburg dieses Hotel wieder. Wir können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Ganz tolles Frühstück. Gute Zimmer. Gute Matratzen. Schöner Wald hinter dem Haus zum Joggen\Spazieren. Leider kein Restaurant Betrieb. Ideale Lage.
