"Check in staff were kind and helpful. Room was clean. If you want to eat at Pancho & Willie's, make sure you have a reservation ahead of time"

"DO NOT RECOMMEND. GHETTO AS CAN BE!! When we first checked in to our room, the key worked fine, we filled up our fridge with our drinks/snack and organized our travel clothes and toiletries. We left to the casino and returned to our room around 3am in which our room key no longer worker. We informed the front office, they gave us a new key, which did not work. The worker came to open our door with the master key, which still did not work. He mentioned that a lot of the times the property has these issues and we would not be able to get in to our room, THAT HAD OUR LUGGAGE AND EVERYTHING IN IT, until morning when the owner came. They did provide us a new room which was the same layout but did not have a fridge, the pillows are awful you’re literally sleeping on pancakes, the comforter had burn holes in them and tears. Why would there be burn holes in a NON SMOKING room. All in all it was a terrible stay. Especially not being able to have our clothes and toiletries that night until the owner came in the following day."

"Breakfast was more centennial than a hot breakfast, but was fresh and warm. Smaller than expected selection. Pool area was clean and the pool was a good tempature. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and answered questions easily."

"We arrived to find the hotel was closed. Not fun!!! We were never notified that they had a flood and were closed for repairs. I can't rate the hotel but the experience was horrible. "
