"Clean room staff was helpful. Easy to get to"

"Breakfast was fresh with made to order eggs/omelettes, French toast, biscuits, and gravy, etc. pool and hot tub were clean. Parking near the hotel was limited and not all of it was well lit. There was an upper parking lot behind the hotel, but had to go upstairs."

"Hotel was very clean and decorated to match area highlights. Large entrance with feel of larger conference center. Spacious eating area with great hot breakfast buffet. Room we very clean and also large. Location was close to many restaurants and shopping locations."

"I didn't realize it was an extended stay type hotel, but overall it was really good. The beds were really comfortable and the pillows were also. The coffee in the lobby was very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only negative was a residual odor from the kitchen, but it was not overwhelming and was mostly noticeable upon entry to the room where the full sized oven was located. Definitely not a deal killer as the room was otherwise great! I booked on Expedia so maybe it was that...

"The hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable with good pillow choices. The room was good size with a nice layout. Unfortunately the microwave was decrepit, the refrigerator didn't have a temperature dial and froze everything in it. The toilet didn't flush well and the air conditioner was very loud."

"Be sure to confirm with hotel they have your reservation prior to arriving. There was a mix up here, not sure why. They will not accept your email receipt from Expedia. Expedia was able to get it worked out eventually. "

"Every part of our stay was excellent. Personally I think updates would be great thee property was very clean! Breakfasts and coffee ware great that was provided in the lobby. I did not drink the coffee that they give you for the rooms is very good at all. They should switch to another company for that but the coffeeî that was provided down in the lobby was fantastic.."

"This property has a good feel about it. Comfortable and a nice property, the staff is accommodating. A great choice for Hagerman Valley. It is a well kept older property. Our tub did not drain after a shower, but you can expect repair needs once in a while. The furniture is more comfortable than high end hotels. A lot of thought went into outside seating and chairs in our room. All around a nice place to stay."
