Hotel Dekat Wellie Jackson Park

"Very cute boutique hotel. My family rented it out for a family weekend. The apartment, which was used as our hospitality area, was huge and the exposed brick walls gave the place character."

"The room was 80 degrees when I arrived. Wasn't a bad room though. Pretty clean. Had a great breakfast spread in the mornings. Hot tub was not working."

"Very disappointing customer service. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and contacted the hotel for help, but the staff were rude and unwilling to work with me on a date change or another solution. I understand booking policies, but that does not excuse treating a customer poorly. The way this was handled left a bad impression, and I would not book here again. I’m even not going to be using Expedia for any more bookings!"

"Front desk staff was extremely friendly and took the time to explain amenities to me. Room was clean and comfortable."

"We liked the friendly staff, clean premises, and ability to get a bite to eat onsite. Our room door did not properly close - it actually didn't latch, so the only way to keep it from opening was the inner lock. That wasn't great, but we were only there for a night's sleep."

"Very nice hotel, clean and the breakfast was great. Enjoyed the manager happy hour they was offered the day we arrived. Used the hot tub and pool, which were both on the used side but water was clean and clear. Staff was very pleasant."

"Was bummed pool and hot tub were out of service."

"The property was very clean well maintained and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I would stay there again without a doubt."

"Best place I’ve stayed in Peoria"

"Clean room and refreshed bathroom but"

"Ice maker was not working. But overall good experience!"
