"This is a great basic room, right next to the ocean. There is nothing luxurious about it, but it's also priced accordingly. One small comment I would love to see the addition of a small corner desk and a tiny chair. So many of us travel and work it would be great to have a place to sit, and there is room for it in the rooms. Apart from that, it's a great stay for the money."

"The pool water was murky/dirty upon check in on July 3. A sign stated that the pool would be inspected on July 15. It should have been repaired prior to the July 4th holiday! There has been a great change from last year's owners. We have stayed there several years in a row and the pool was clean. The breakfast hours have been reduced from 7 am to 9 am instead of 10 am. "Room was very nice very clean. Our stay was very nice. Only thing I noticed was the landscaping was not very well done. Doesn't look like they tend to it at all. I guess that doesn't matter much because the room was nice."

"What a hidden gem! We were looking for an overnight on the Cape close to all our favorite places and this was the perfect place. Host so incredibly gracious - hospitality is alive at this place! The room was clean and spacious, the grounds immaculate and beautiful- pool and Adirondack chairs. The picnic basket in the morning was such a fun and delicious treat. We will be back!"

"Beds very comfortable. Room was dark, carpet is old and had a musty smell. Needs renovating, especially since the amount charged was extremely high for the condition of the room."

"The maid came each day to bring new towels, replenish coffee supplies, and make the beds. The front desk was helpful in getting WiFi to stay on and providing tea bags. Parking space was reserved with room number right outside the door."

"First, they could not find my reservation right away. 🤔 Parking was weird. Had to park on the side of building and walk around to the back of building to get to our room. The refrigerator was wobbly, not secure. However, they do offer complimentary coffee and juice all hours. 😊"

"I found the place to be run down, with old technology (no smart tv) no microwave and some of the outlets didn't work, they had EXTENSION cords to make up for that (I believe that's a code violation). The shower was broken and just everything was old and run down. Do not believe the picture, it's nothing like that. Still had a nice trip though, great location."

"10-15 minute walk to town. Extremely clean and updated. Rooms were spacious. Nice grounds and pool area. Only complaint is the ice machine was completely empty. Otherwise, a great stay."
