Search Guest Houses in Weligama

"My partner and I arrived at the hotel Ekho Welligama (07/01/20)we booked through Expedia to find that this place has seriously dated since the pictures were taken or perhaps they’ve just been photoshopped? The room is very basic which I don’t really mind but since we arrived on the 7th jan 2020 our room has not been cleaned and no clean towels have been replaced. I feel that a fresh towel should be offered. I even managed to track down the manager and she told me it would be done(12/1/20 09:15)...

"Overall, this hotel is very average. There were a few positive and negatives. I’ll start with the positives. After asking for water and toiletries, they were eventually provided. They let me shower after checkout and stored my bag, which was nice! The room is very average, but there was a gap above the door that didn’t shut all the way which let bugs in at night. "Clean and comfortable room, great location, beautiful garden, but the highlight was the wonderful family and food. It felt like being invited into a family while they provided 5 star hotel service but at a cheap price. Room service, laundry service, and anything else you could dream of. Extremely knowledgeable about what to experience in the country and where the get the best prices. I had 5 great days. The family is very helpful and always ready for a chat.
