"The staff at this property are phenomenal!!! They exhibit professionalism, they are knowledgeable, they are caring and empathetic all while treating you like family. I had an unfortunate situation where I had an accident in the parking lot. They did everything to assist me throughout the process. I thank God I stayed here especially being my 1st time in Capetown. "The breakfast was excellent and the services fantastic. The hotel was spotless... our room was not big but it had a great views of the harbor. Would definitely recommend staying there because of the location as well. I had was an issue with the bathroom they put a door stopper on the floor immediately in front of the toilet it makes it which makes sense because it's protected big glass door. My toes however have a different perspective"
