"Great 4-star home base for Battle of the Bulge. Very clean, AC worked fine, adequate electricity in the room, WiFi was good. Shower was fantastic; bed was Queen sized with a new mattress and nice sheets. Parking is around back, but it's covered from most rain. Breakfast was a bit pricey but the nicest that we had for the whole vacation. Excellent food and a wide assortment. This is a higher-end place, and the clientele show it. We saw some "celebrities" while there. Local grocery...

"The hotel receptionist Pedro was fantastic. He was professional, helpful and kind. He should be promoted to manager. The kitchens delivered up delicious food. Our server in the restaurant was forgetful though. We stayed one night in the Design hotel and the other night in the Kroener connected sister hotel. Both of our rooms were beautiful, well decorated, spacious and clean. I recommend these hotels. "

"Excellent, but if you want to swim it has to be for 2 hours pre- booked. A swim before breakfast is nice but not for that long. If you need to check out then you really need to be up early if you want to do that. We had a beer in the bar the night before and I paid the bill before leaving. On the invoice I was charged 3 Euro. Strange. I left behind a few items in the bathroom ( electric toothbrush etc ) that I forgot to pack. When I called the hotel when I got home they said nothing was found...
