Comfortable, peaceful retreat

Fantastic location, friendly staff, a great view of the lake from our spacious lake-view room, comfy bed, nice toiletries, good spa facilities and an excellent breakfast buffet.

Lovely hotel but lacks an area where you can sit and have a drink. The only place to get a drink is the restaurant which is shut 2 days a week. Food and restaurant is first class.

We have stayed here before and loved it, but less so this time. We decided not to have our room cleaned because we were told we would get some money back off our booking and it would be more eco. We did not receive money off and no idea why. We are vegan and asked if they could accommodate this in the gourmet restaurant and were told no. Just no interest to help.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und hell. Das Frühstücksbuffet war grandios. Alles was das Herz begehrt, alles regionale Produkte und mit Liebe zum Detail herrgerichtet. Das Wellness Programm war super. Das einzige was ich schad fand, dass es keinen Pool gab, mit kühlem Wasser. Ansonsten einfach Top. Sehr Empfehlenswert 👍

Da Corona ist, war das Nachtessen im Restaurant nur begrenzt möglich. Dafür beim Frühstück gab es keine Begrenzung der Pesonenanzahl. Leider schien es das Hotel nicht zu interessieren, ob Ihre Gäste Verpflegt werden oder nicht. Die Optionen waren vom Schnellimbiss nebenan oder von eat.ch zu bestellen. Nicht gerade 4 Sterne Niveau! Schade, dass es kein bessere System fürs Restaurant gab.

Ein Hotel für junge und sportliche Gäste

Wir sind ein schon älteres Paar und waren etwas enttäuscht, hatten uns mehr vorgestellt. Als Gourmethotel erwarte ich eine Speisekarte mit mehr Auswahl, 3 oder 4 Menüs, die nicht wechseln, sind für uns zu wenig. Ins Bad konnten wir nur mit sehr grosser Mühe und Hilfe von anderen Gästen betreten. 6 Tritte ins Becken ohne Handlauf ist sehr gefährlich. Schade!

Rundum sehr zufrieden :)

Grosses Kompliment an alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels Rössli. Wir haben uns rundum sehr gut aufgehoben und wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer mit Bergblick war sehr schön und gross. Das Badezimmer hatte alles was man braucht. Auch unser Hund hat sich allem Anschein nach sehr wohl gefühlt und wurde vom Hotel mit einer Willkommens-Futterbox auf dem Zimmer begrüsst. Das Frühstück war grandios! Sehr viel Auswahl und sehr sehr lecker. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. 1 kleiner Negativpunkt: Die Kissen waren für uns persönlich zu hoch und zu hart, hatte leider am nächsten Tag Nackenschmerzen, was sich aber nach einer tollen Massage im Spa Bereich wieder entspannt hat. Wir kommen wieder :)
