"Nala was exceptional, start to finish!! Staff were very friendly during any exchange. The rooms was beautiful and THE VIEW!!!! Best I’ve seen before. Very central location- only ten minute walk to the train stations and the old town. Beautiful terrace and restaurant and the patio with the garden outside was breathtaking. Good was delish, albeit a little pricey. Would definitely go back!"

"Construction made finding the entrance harder. In pedestrian zone so need to wheel bags a bit, but very convenient for seeing the old town and funicular train and cable car to top of Innsbruck. Rooms huge and very comfortable. Like themes with historic people who stayed there in the past."

"A very good stay. The staff were great and breakfast was fantastic. The room was very comfortable and quiet and the AC worked well. The only reason not a 5 star stay is the room wasn’t immaculate and the bed sheet was stained. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here though. Very convenient to get into old town, great breakfast and nice room."
