"Room was clean, but the elevator was not working and at 65 with knee and ankle replacements made that a big issue"

"Frig and microwave in spacious room. Cold breakfast available. Coffee in room and lobby. Vending and ice machine in lobby. No pool. Lobby bathroom out of order. I’d stay again. "

"It was an okay stay. I expected a bit more of the room quality for the price. I was on the second floor, which seemed nice, but there was a smell of moisture. When I first got into the room, it still smelled of moisture, and the carpet was damp enough to wet my socks by walking a few feet across the floor. I stayed four days and room service never collected dirty towels or changed the sheets. Overall it was a roof over my head, but I would choose somewhere else next time or ask to change rooms."

"The room was dirty on arrival. Chairs stained and dirty. Had to lay bed sheets over them to use. Found someone else’s hair comb beside bed. It was nice to have a washer and dryer but only one set. So very time consuming for customers to wash clothes. Also a random person knocked on my door after midnight after I had ordered food delivered earlier in the night. Did not answer but very sketchy. Overall, not the best experience."

"Check in was seamless but everything after that was horrible. We often visit Olive Branch, MS and for the price this was our worst hotel experience. After checking in and trying to get settled we enter the bathroom and the toilet was nasty and the bottom of the shower was covered in what look like pubic hair. I called the front desk and they sent housekeeping to clean it instead of offering a new room. Then half of the sofa was covered in what look like coffee stains. Room needed a lot of TLC...

"Amazing staff and room. I was surprised for my room to be a nice as it was for the price. Everyone was super helpful and understanding when I had an extra guest."

"My technicians belongings were removed from his room and placed in an area where general public had access to. And eventually stole his stuff. We asked the manager for an explanation on why his staff would not have secured his belongings and he had no answers for us, no recourse offered. He filed a police report and was then asked to leave the property. I will never stay there again or recommend otherwise."

"Property had recent flood damage and extremely loud remediation fans were on all night long in the hallways. Room smelled like a wet dog and like the previous guest smoked in it. Walls and doors had animal scratches all over them. Do not stay at this property"
