I was told that when the manager came in Monday, I would be compensated for my stay. Instead, she told Expedia that when she got there Monday, there was nothing wrong with the water and they will not offer any sort of compensation. "The hotel was under construction which wasn't even the problem. The room was nice two queen beds with tv mini fridge desk one chair. I originally booked the hotel for the pool area which is super kid friendly however when we got there i was laying on the one lounge chair in the pool area and ants started crawling on me I then began to inspect the pool area and there were ants everywhere even crawling in the pool towel area. "Staff were fine, they let us check in early the first night, which was nice. The room was pretty clean, minus some weird stains around the bathroom (hair dye? Lipstick? Idk). The toilet plug had problems Sealing- had to jiggle it or it would keep running. None of that was a big deal for me. Check in/out was smooth, room was pretty clean, which was all we really needed. Great value from that perspective. The only real downside was that the door didn't seal - there was noticeable light coming...
