You get what you pay for is what my husband said to me. I had to laugh because he was right. The staff was friendly though and tentative. So that was a plus.
We checked in to our room and realized that the door doesn’t have the chain lock. So we felt weird and put a chair to block the door knob. Then I went to shower and the shower head wasn’t working. But we checked in late so, we were too tired to call them about it. We figured we’re just sleeping there for 1 night. As I pulled the covers to our bed. I looked at our bed sheets and the comforter, there blood all over. The sheets were dirty too. Now that made us feel so grossed out. I called them and realized our landline didn’t have any connection to the front desk. So I had to go on the site and find their office number. Called them and told them what we found. They moved us to another room. Surprised that the new room was 10 times better than the original room. I wonder is it because we paid $77 for old room that they decided to give us a crappy room. The new room seems more pricey. Oh and the phone has numbers to the front desk and house keeping. I thought that was funny because the old room, the phone wasn’t working.
Anyways we will never book there again!! I would not recommend it to anyone. Unless you want dirty sheets and comforters. I took photos as proof.
