"Adequate hotel. Pictures on the website were better than reality. Air conditioning was loud when it kicked on. Blast of cold and then nothing. Could hear people outside the room talking and the toilet flushing from above. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Front desk staff had no clue of the surrounding area. Went back to down to desk and waited in line for a long time to get a new room because there was only one staff member there handling all check ins by herself. The elevator near our room was out of order, leaving just one functioning elevator and more waiting. The fire alarm went off right after we finally got to our new room. The hotel looks new and very nice and the room was comfortable. The one staff member was kind and apologetic....
