"Amazing hotel and stunning views"

"We hardly had a wink of sleep in the tiny first floor room we were allocated at this pub (I hesitate to call it an hotel) because of the noise from the lively bar below. Even when the pub emptied some time after midnight the disturbance continued as staff quarters were situated directly above us and, once they left the bar, loudly creaking floorboards continued to keep us awake until much later. But when we went down for Sunday morning breakfast at 9.15 we were told it had finished at 9a.m....

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Skeabost! The bartender, check in staff and wait staff were all very friendly! The view is magnificent and we walked all around the property after breakfast. Babbling brook, abandoned medieval ruins and a 9 hole golf course that is no longer in use. We loved our stay!"

"This was the best stay we’ve had on our Scotland trip. We had a sea view which was gorgeous, there are sheep everywhere which was a highlight, and they are quiet at night (in case you are wondering). The breakfast was included and had many delicious options. We ate at the restaurant for dinner as well and enjoyed all of our meals. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. "Wonderful place, wonderful people. The staff was so friendly and helpful, as were the other guests. The kitchen and common living space were especially spacious and humongously homey. The only downside was that the road near the close-by fairy pools was filled (unfilled?) with potholes- which really has nothing to do with the hostel and I don’t need to note that in this review. 10/10, I’ll definitely be staying here again next I visit Skye- which is ASAFP (As Soon As Financially Possible)."

We escalated the day before with Expedia because the phone numbers did not work. The cell provided on checkin instructions rung someone in UK, he had no clue what I was asking.
