"Very interesting concept for a B&B, there is no contact with the owner yet everything is extremely well communicated and provided for your use and comfort. The owner does live on site and just a text away. It was quaint, clean, comfortable and quiet all you need for a little get away."

"The perfect small town home away from home, and so many wonderful places to check out nearby. The place was thoughtfully decorated, the bed was comfortable, the two nights sleep were incredibly peaceful. Both breakfasts, eggs Benny sandwich on croissant and French toast, were homemade and super fresh. They tasted gourmet and so perfectly seasoned. Kimmie and James were perfect hosts. We almost didn't want to check out our final morning. Can't wait for our next stay."

"We arrived and booked a room for the night. Upon checking the room we had found what appeared to be a tiny scale with disturbing white powders on it. We immediately left and reported it to the front desk, and she gave us a new room. However, the new room was not much cleaner as there was hairs on the pillows, and dust all over the nightstands and the floors were not the cleanest. As well as the new room appeared to have vomit on the side of the toilet bowl that was not fully cleaned up properly."

"Kitchen totally bare. No Kleenex in bathroom. Had there been a coffee pod or tea bag & paper cup, the room would have felt more welcoming after a long flight. The TV reception was poor as well. But, it was clean & safe-feeling, a perfect location for us & affordable.All in all, a good stay with very good staff at reception. "
