Hotel Dekat Waterfront Park

"We've been coming to Southport to visit family for 20 years and the Carriage House has always intrigued us but we've never stayed until now. It was absolutely wonderful. Amy was very friendly and knowledgeable and the facilities were amazing. I travel a lot and spend 30-45 days a year in hotels and this was one of my best experiences. I just wished we had more time to just stay at the Carriage House and enjoy it more, but we spent most of our time visiting family."

"Front desk very helpful."

"One night stay was great! Easy check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I'll stay here again on my next visit to Southport."

"We had a great stay! Room was very nice & clean; beachy modern aesthetic. Super close to the beach and some of the restaurants. Staff were super friendly."

"No complaints staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again"

"My stay was great. The young man who checked me in was great! There was a lot going on at check in. Seemed like there was a family gathering and kids were all over the place while I waited to be checked in. Over stimulated with all the stuff going on at that moment. Room was great but the fridge wasn’t working. Thought it was but, no. Keep in mind that this hotel is out in the middle of nowhere and it takes 30 mins to get to any of the islands you want to visit. I did a lot of driving. There...

"clean room. great location"

"Overall a good stay . Everything is in walking distance"

"Clean, friendly staff, beach"

"Wonderful hotel and location!"

"Adorable beach motel! This was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Cute and trendy decor, the pool area is beautiful, and the staff is lovely. We will be back."

"This is our second time staying at Dry Dock Inn and we were very happy with our choice. The hotel is a short walk from the boardwalk and local shops. There is also a Lake park nearby. They have 2 outdoor pools and a small game room. The front desk staff let us check in when we arrived since our room was ready. They also allow late checkout for a reasonable fee. We will be back to Dry Dock Inn for our next trip to Carolina Beach."

"This stay is right on the beach! The beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels between the 3 of us. I gave this 4-stars due to the strong smell of wet dog that lingered throughout our stay. I would love to see an upgraded coffee pot/Keurig in the room. Other than that, I would stay again!"

"Noisy hvac Couldn’t turn off the noisy fan!"

"Nice place and walking distance to some restaurants."
