Great location with very helpful staff

Hotel is in a great location. You can walk everywhere. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Good food in the bar. Would stay again if ever visiting Waterford.

Nice room, clean and comfortable. Two things that were a shame - it was cold. We stayed in November during very wet and windy weather and the heating in our rooms wasn’t on. Secondly, I would say 99% if the staff were lovely and attentive, and there were plenty of staff but the receptionist were not friendly a
