"A great choice in Vang Vieng. The shipping container rooms are novel, comfortable, clean and cool. (I think Mr Kong is a bit of a genius.) Good AC, comfortable beds, nice showers, OK breakfast (but you'll need to grab a decent coffee nearby at Kiwi, or a 10 minute walk to wonderful Naked). The location is great. Across the river from the noisier main drag but there's a walking bridge next to the hotel. It's quiet at night. There are 3 very good restaurants nearby- the pizza place, Kiwi...

"We loved staying here so much that we extended our stay for a few extra nights. As budget backpackers, this was perfect. It is very central but not loud at night. The owner is lovely and very accommodating. Rooms are basic but quite spacious. Breakfast is handy- eggs and bread. "

"Spent 3 nights at this hotel and it was a great experience. The hotel is on the older side but the room is huge, the ac is cold and the wifi works great. For the price of a fast food meal in the west, what more could you ask for? The best part of the stay is without a doubt the hospitable owner Michael and his wife. Not only were they friendly, Michael offered me many great advices and even treated me to a wonder dinner his wife prepared on my last night. Overall, for what you are paying....
